Among the plant species found in the Biosphere Reserve Yaboty the conditions for survival are:

Paraná Pine, Black Laurel, White Guatambú, Yerba Mate, Guayubira, Maria Preta, Cancharana, White Parrot, Arborecente Fern or Bravo Chachi, Pariparoba , Orig Brava, Cannelloni, Tacuapi and Tacuarembo.

And among the animals that inhabit the nature reserve are the Yaguarete (jaguar), Tapir, Onza Cat, Cai Monkey and otters.

Numerous species of birds like the Bell Bird, Yacutinga, Macuco, Parrot Breast Vinous , Real Vulture, Yellow Surucuá, different Toucans, especially Banana Toucan, Carpenter Cinnamon' Face, Turkey from the Mount or Yacu Poi, among others.
