The Park's Cross inaugurated the first Butterfly-Room of Misiones, with a production infrastructure for permanent display of Misiones's butterflies.

Inside recreate optimal conditions for survival and reproduction of species of Cerro Santa Ana with a dual purpose, enjoyment and education, there can be observed flying butterflies while learning how to feed and breed.

In laboratory set up inside, we can get all the information about the fascinating process of life cycle: egg, larvae, pupae into adult butterflies.

The butterfly-room make the people to have the chance to experience at any time of year, an approach to the butterfly species that inhabit especially in the Cerro Santa Ana, is a space inspired by the nature of the place, with its fauna and flora that not remain static, but evolve over time along with the butterflies.

To sustain the butterfly theme park, were selected from the specific survey work carried out by specialists who identified the species in the area. It took into account factors such as criteria and their prominence (color and shape) behavior (active, passive), their life cycle (short, long) abundance in the area and knowledge available on their breeding and feeding.
